My name is Ronald Jamieson and I am the proud owner of Meticulous Carpet and Upholstery Cleaning. My late father started working with Von Schrader equipment in 1979 and built a successful company with many satisfied customers over the years. I worked with my father throughout the 1980s, and gained valuable knowledge and experience in the art of professional carpet and upholstery cleaning.
I then went on to receive two degrees from Macomb Community College and also attended classes at Wayne State University in the mechanical engineering technology program. I pursued a career in automotive engineering for fourteen years, in which time I learned a great deal about engineering, design, and mechanical devices. With that in mind, I feel someone would be hard-pressed to build a better machine or process than the Von Schrader. That is why it has remained essentially unchanged all these years later— because it really works!

METICULOUS IS MORE THAN HOW WE CLEANI have always had an eye for cleaning and detailing, and I have often been told that I am overdoing it or that I am obsessive compulsive. It only made sense to get back into the cleaning business and to bring to you all the years of experience and knowledge I have accumulated. Cleaning is something that has always come natural to me.
